The regulation function for the FIVES NORTH AMERICAN H6415-DSP equipment to adjust the band reader register involves selecting the appropriate guiding mode and adjusting system parameters. The user can choose between guiding with detector 1 (Edge 1), detector 2 (Edge 2), or both detectors (Center Guide). The gain can be adjusted using the Gain Adjust Mode Indicator, and the system response can be modified by pressing the Automatic Control key and using arrow keys to set the response level (0-999). Additionally, the Web Setup Procedure informs the amplifier of the detector(s) and web characteristics to ensure proper alignment and tracking.
