    1 Introduction The BLUEFON COMFORT telephone set – is a custom-made analogue telephone set for BLUECOM ECS-FD/IP PABX systems. It allows to use all the basic voice services of the BLUECOM communication systems and provides a telephone book and call logs.

    System Description BlueFon comfort 4 Declaration of Conformity BlueCom declares that the product BLUEFON COMFORT is conform to the EC directive 1999/05/EC of the European Parliament and the European Commission dated 9th of March 1999 for radio equipment and for telecommunications terminal equipment and the reciprocal recognition of their conformity.

    System Description BlueFon comfort Installation 7.1 Telephone Installation Connect one end of handset coil cord to the handset base and the other end to the base unit at (27). Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the base unit at (26), and the other end to the wall outlet.

    System Description BlueFon comfort 7.2 Battery Installation This telephone requires 4 batteries LR6 (AA) 1.5V as a back-up power source. Open the battery cover with a screw driver and place the batteries into the battery compartment. Make sure the batteries are placed properly and with the correct polarity, printed on the bottom of the batteries compartment.

    System Description BlueFon comfort Main Features 8.1 Phone Settings At the on-hook or off-hook state, press OK key to go to the setting mode, the LCD will display: VIEW MENU ↑↓. Use UP or DOWN keys to select a menu item. To change an entry item press the OK key.

    System Description BlueFon comfort 8.1.8 Edit Phone Book Record When the LCD displays: PHONEBOOK EDIT , press OK key once and enter the first character of name, you can view the corresponding telephone numbers by pressing OK key. If you do not enter any characters and press OK key, then the first entry will be shown. Use UP or DOWN key to select the record that you want to edit.

    System Description BlueFon comfort 8.3.5 Call Time The display shows the duration of a call in progress after the number has been dialled. 8.3.6 Pause Key Press PAUSE key to insert a delay time of 3.6 seconds in a dialling sequence.

    System Description BlueFon comfort 8.4 Speaker Phone Operation 8.4.1 Speaker Phone Mode To make a call, press SPEAKER key to activate the speaker phone. Press SPEAKER key to deactivate the speaker phone and to terminate the call. 8.4.2 Speaker Volume Control To change the speaker volume, press VOL key to adjust the volume levels during off-hook state.
