SUP'AIR EVOLUTION helmet chin guard assembly.
Thank you for choosing and purchasing the EVOLUTION helmet and its chin guard. We are pleased to
join you in our common paragliding passion.
Fitting the ching uard takes time, care and patience. It's a 10 minute job, not a 2 minute job!
1.
Ear pads should be removed before fitting the chin-
guard :
Unfasten both poppers and slide the earpad sandwiched in
between the helmet shell and liner.
2.
Next remove the self adhesive carbon-lookalike stickers
above the ear pad, on the outside of the helmet shell. They
will not be used again and can be discarted.
Removing the sticker reveals 2 mounting holes on each side of
the helmet.
3.
Place a metal insert in each hole : the threaded insert
section is pushed through the hole between the shell and the
lining to properly position it. Do not push the insert all the way
through the hole; as it will be completely inserted following the
procedure found in section 5. At this point it is only pre-positio-
ned.
