If the Symmetrikit Acheeva Graduate will not come down after following the reset instructions, the issue may be due to the battery being at a minimum charge level. In this case, charge the battery by unwinding the charge cable, plugging the charger into a suitable mains power supply, and allowing it to charge for approximately 8 hours. Ensure the battery is charged at least once a week to avoid shutdown.

Our Acheeva handset is flashing all lights when buttons are pressed, beeping instead of responding. It is fully charged, and I tried switching handset off/on and following reset instructions in manual, but nothing happened except more flashing and beeping. What is the cause of this?
