My watch is new, fully charged, but the quartz hand is not moving and time does not change. I adjusted the time, and pushed in the bezel to ensure that it should start operating, but the seconds hand does not move and time does not change. Serial No AO3218

The quartz hand on the Surefire 2211 Signature watch is powered by its own battery, separate from the rechargeable battery used for the WristLight. If the quartz hand is not moving despite the device being fully charged and adjusted, the possible issues could be:
1. Dead or Low Watch Battery – The watch battery may need to be replaced by a watchmaker. 2. Incorrect Adjustment – The time-setting mechanism may not be properly engaged. 3. Manufacturing Defect – A defect in the watch movement could be preventing operation. 4. Loose or Damaged Internal Component – Internal parts may be misaligned or defective.
If replacing the watch battery or readjusting the time does not resolve the issue, contacting SureFire customer service for repair or replacement is recommended.
