Page 3 Important Safeguard Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following: 1. Read all instructions. 2. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet correspond to that on the rating plate which is on the bottom of the appliance.
Page 4 Before using Hand/Stand Mixer Before assembling the Stand mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the speed selector is in the OFF position. 1. Attach the hand mixer to the Base as illustrated in Fig.1. To detach the hand mixer, push the hand mixer in the arrow indicated direction while the Tilt button is depressed.
Page 5 Using your Hand / Stand mixer 1. With the speed selector in the OFF position, plug the cord into power outlet. 2. Turn the Speed selector to your desired speed and begin mixing. The mixing speed will be increase by 1/3 when turbo button is depressed whenever the speed selector is in 1-5 position.
Page 6 Cookery Tips 1. Refrigerated ingredients, ie butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of time. 2. Assemble all ingredients and utensils near the mixer. 3. To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated/off eggs in your recipe, break eggs into separate container first, then add to the mixture.
