Hi, when I try to tighten the knob to hold the arm suspended on my bike rack, it doesn’t tighten enough and the arm will not remain suspended. Any suggestions on how to solve for this?
To fix the issue with the knob not tightening enough on the Feedback CLASSIC bike rack arm, try the following steps:
1. Loosen the knob fully.
2. Re-clamp the arm around the seatpost.
3. Then tighten the knob again to secure the clamp.
