2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Before using the humidifier for the first time, read carefully the instruction manual. After receiving the product, check the humidifier for any damage caused during the transportation. In case of damage, you must inform the seller immediately. Damages during transportation should be declared before you start using the humidifier. - Page 5 Make sure to drain all of the pollution and impurities and then connect to the machine pipe, the inner diameter of this equipment pipe joint is φ20, it adopts outer thread interface, when the interface connected with each other, make sure it is water or air tight.

CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION POWER SWITCH Power switch: Press “Power” to start or stop power. HUMIDITY/TIME Humidity: Press “Set” button to adjust humidity, set through “+” or “-”. Time: Press “Set” to set time, use “+” or “-” to set time to start or stop machine. -

SYSTEM FUNCTION HUMIDITY CONTROL When the humidity reaches the set level, the device will stop automatically. It will automatically start when the humidity drops to a certain level, the humidity range is 30-90%. The machine would stop up +5% of set humidity and restart below -5% of set humidity. -

PIPE LAYOUT Please lay the pipeline strictly according to the requirement of manual. Seal the interface and makes it airproof, water proof, keep the pipeline smoothly, preventing leakage in the pipeline. In order to prevent spray outlet having its water falling back, the spray holes should be pointing 30 degree upward above the horizontal of the PVC cross-section. -

SPRAY SYSTEM Press Ring Seal Ring Piezo Seal Ring After long time running of the atomizer, if the spray capacity reduce or sprays water column, or some piezo can not make spray, please clean the water tank, atomizer and change new piezo ceramic. For the operation please take a reference of Sketch 8. Special Notice: it is the best state that the water level of water tank must be 3cm’s higher than atomizer sensor. -

9. MAINTENANCE 1. Maintenance of the Water Tank: To minimize the impurities sticking on the atomizer, water shall be changed regularly by once per 7days however the automatic computer flushing system helps to minimize dirt and residue remain in the water tank. 2. - Page 13 3. I have ZS-10Z ultrasonic humidifier in my laboratory. Problem is humidifier does not stop even it reached at desired set humidity level? If sensor is not working then there shall be E3 troubleshoot code? If my sensor is disturbed then how can I get new sensor?
