If the pump fails to deliver water the most likely cause will be air in the
system. As a result, the pump will run noisily and give no discharge.
To remedy, unplug pump from socket to dislodge the air pocket in the
pump.
Also shaking the duel hose gently (while pump is operational) may dislodge
the air pocket in the pump.
Warranty:
Whale pumps are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against
defects in materials and workmanship.
Shurflo Water Pump
(Internal)
When the onboard tank is full fresh water can be pumped via the Shurflo
(internal) pump to the cold water taps, the hot water (via the water heater)
and the auto flush toilet. If the system has been previously drained the
system will have to be 'primed'
To Prime the System:
Open the 'hot' kitchen and washroom taps.
Switch on internal pump isolation switch on the control panel.
Wait until water flows freely from the 'hot' kitchen and washroom taps.
Allow water to flow for a few more seconds to ensure release of any
trapped air in the water system, and then turn both taps off.
When water has flowed freely from the hot kitchen tap, the water heater
can be switched on to run via gas, mains electric or both.
