  • Page 27 ADJUSTMENTS FORWARD-REVERSE LEVER TENSION ADJUSTMENT Tension is adjusted by tightening the spring-loaded friction washers on the Forward - Reverse lever. Tighten the friction washers to hold the lever in the desired position under normal loads. When the hydrostatic system is subjected to heavy loads, the Forward-Reverse lever has a tendency to return to the neutral position. Ad- ditional holding pressure from your hand may be needed to keep the lever in the desired position.
