    Introduction 1.1 General The Lumio Integrator guide provides technical guidelines for integration of Lumio Touch Screen panels into LCD and Plasma monitors. Integrate Touch Screen panels into Monitors only after an Integration Design is prepared and approved by the Integrators’ engineers, according to Lumio Integration Design requirements and recommendations (see the Lumio Design guide for Integrators), and any other requirements that Integrators and their Engineers deem necessary.

    6.3.2 Mounting Large Touch Screen Panels Large Touch Screen panels are panels 30”-70” in size. Large Touch Screen panels are supported by brackets and spacers that stabilize the frame in order to prevent Touch Screen panel movement when mounted on the monitor (Touch Screen movement can cause signal distortion).

Connect one end of the LED Power Control Wire to the JP3 connector on the PCB Controller, and to the JP3 connector on the Extension PCB board on the other side.

    Selecting an Operating System Different operating systems (OS) possess different touch type capabilities. After mounting the Touch Screen onto the monitor, select the required Operating System that is compatible with the PC, from the options provided in the Crystal Touch Manager application. The touch type capabilities for the selected OS are automatically loaded.

    2. Connect the integrated monitor to a PC with the USB cable. 3. Run Crystal Touch Manager. 4. Navigate to: Login>Enter Administrator password (from Lumio)>Administrator>Scope. The Scope window opens, displaying only the signal received by the top left sensor. Note: The top left sensor button is selected On in the Sensors pane of the Scope window.

    Appendix A: Touch Screen Calibration The Touch Screen is plug-and-play, including fully calibrated factory settings, but slight offsets and or misalignments when assembling or mounting the Touch Screen on the monitor can cause Touch Screen performance deterioration. This can easily be resolved by performing Touch Screen calibration. 11.1 Touch Screen Calibration To calibrate the Touch Screen: 1.

Select the Coverage Test field in the Administrator window.
