WARNING

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD/FIRE HAZARD: Disconnect power before removing or installing parts in fixture. Failure to do so can result in death
or electrical shock.

To prevent fire, install in accordance with appropriate electrical codes and regulations.
•
It is extremely important the outlet box is securely attached to the building structure and can support the full weight of the fan. Do NOT use a plastic
outlet box. Ensure the outlet box is clearly marked "Suitable for Fan Support." If not, it must be replaced with an approved outlet box. Failure to do
so can result in serious injury.
•
Failure to align slot in ball with tab may cause fan to wobble or fall, which could result in serious injury or death.
CAUTION
•
Ceiling angle is not to exceed 45
•
It is imperative you use the hanging bracket and canopy provided with this angled ceiling adapter as the screw holes in the hanging bracket are aligned
to fit specifically with the screw holes in the canopy provided.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is
missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
