- Page 3 Assembly Hole Washer Hole Cap Nut Rear Axle (Long) Rear Axle Wagon Body • Turn the wagon body upside down. • Slide a washer onto the rear axle. • Insert the end of the rear axle through the holes in the Block of Wood rear of the wagon body.

- Page 5 Assembly Cap Nut • Place a cap nut on a scrap block of wood. Helpful Hint: You may need the help of another person with this step. • Place the handle pin into the cap nut and tap with a hammer until secure.
