AFETY ACILITY AND AFETY RECAUTIONS 1. Review and understand all of the warning labels affixed to this machine and on the facility safety sign. 2. Be certain that the machine operation is understood before it is used. Refer to the instructional Procedure Label affixed to the machine. - Page 5 AFETY 12d. ENERAL NFORMATION Shown below are the individual carton contents for the XFW-4700 dumbbell rack system. Carton requirements will vary depending upon the model that you have purchased. See the table below to determine the requirements for your unit. SSEMBLY NSTRUCTIONS 1. Assemble the side frames and trays as HARDWARE CONFIGURATION FOR: LEFT & RIGHT SIDE FRAMES shown. DO NOT fully tighten hardware yet. 1, 2, 3, 4 NOTE: Be sure to correctly locate the thick SPACER WASHERS on the “tray” side of the frames. - Page 11 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTIONS 2. Make sure that the rack is in position and that all feet are contacting the floor. 3. DO NOT fully tighten each bolted connection yet. Tighten each bolt a little at a time, then move on to the next bolt. Verify that the feet are still in contact with the floor. Continue repeating this incremental tightening procedure until ALL bolts in the frame are fully tightened.
