WARNING:

FALL HAZARD

• To prevent falls, stop using this product when the infant begins to roll over
or can pull up on sides, whichever comes first (approximately 5 months).
• ALWAYS PLACE ON FLOOR. NEVER use on any elevated surface
(such as counter tops, tables, or any elevated surface from which infant can fall).
• ALWAYS secure the harness.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD

Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and side of a product.
• Use ONLY the pad provided by the manufacturer.
NEVER add a pillow, comforter or extra padding.
• Infants can become trapped between the product
and adjacent surfaces, NEVER use in a crib, play yard or other contained
areas, NEVER use next to vertical surfaces (e.g., walls and dressers).
• NEVER use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as product can tip
over and cause suffocation.
• ALWAYS place child on back to sleep.
Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string
around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not
suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
