We have a 3-year-old integrated fridge/freezer, model NCBF 177470. Recently, we’ve noticed frost forming on the back walls of the fridge compartment, along with a large chunk of ice accumulating just below the Multi Flow Column. We removed all food, wiped down the fridge walls, and successfully removed the ice. However, five days later, a new chunk of ice has formed, and the back walls are frosty again. Could you please advise us on what might be causing this issue and how we should proceed? Please let me know if the attached image doesn't open.
