Assembly Instructions Step #1 - Bolt the following Frame items together: 1240-01 Lift Side / Post Assembly, Left (1200-056). 1245-01 Lift Side / Post Assembly, Right (1200-056). 1250-01 Frame Assembly, Base, Front (1200-056). With these fasteners: 3700-01 3/8-16" x 1" Hex Head C/S (ZY) 0076-18 3/8-16"...
- Page 5 Step #5 - Install the two Post Gusset Braces: 1280-01 2” x 1/4” x 23-1/2”L Punched, Flat Gusset Brace (1200-056). Position with one end to upright Post and other to Frame Base. Use these fasteners: 3700-07 3/8-16" x 3-1/4" Hex Head C/S ZY 0076-18 3/8-16"...
- Page 6 Step #6 - Install the bottom of the Front Cantilever Post Frame: 1260-01 Cantilever Post Frame, 36”H, Front (1200-056). Position with drilled U-Bolt holes at top. Use these fasteners: 3706-06 1/2-13" x 5-3/4" Hex Head C/S ZY 3706-08 1/2-13" Nylon Insert Locknut ZY Do not tighten Bolts -- leave loose until Lift is fully assembled.
- Page 7 Step #10 - Install the following two Pulleys with Chain Link on the short U-Bolts: 1005-02 PWC Med. Pulley, with Chain Link. 0076-18 3/8-16" Serrated Flange Nut SS 3700-15 3/8" USS Flat washer ZY 3709-02 Round U-Bolt, 3/8-16"x3-1/4"Lx1-3/4"IDx1-1/2"T ZY onto the front face of the Front Cantilever Post Frame. 1260-01 Cantilever Post Frame, 36”H, Front (1200-056).
