Activor® Remote Control RSI02 (S1890A) Manual

General

RSI02 remote kit comprises one receiver, two pre-learned remotes, a 4-wire harness and a quick mounting
plate. Through Jumper Setting, It can be set to work with NX/Reliance alarm panels or DSC panel such as
PC1565(Power632), PC5020(Power864), PC1616/1832/1864 to operate Arm (away/stay), Disarm and Panic
via the keypad data bus. The receiver is also equipped with two relays that can be used to operate other
devices such as garage door.

Jumper Setting

The 4-pin jumper can be found in the upper middle of the receiver.

For NX/Reliance panel: ensure the 2-pin jumper cap remains to be placed across pin1 and 2, as

For DSC panel: ensure the 2-pin jumper cap is removed from the socket.

Quick Start and Play

For NX/Reliance panel:
Connect 4-wire harness directly to the panel or keypad: Pos Red; Com Black and Data Green – Yellow is not
used.

For DSC panel:
Connect 4-wire harness directly to the panel or keypad, follow colour code then PLUG into the receiver and
PLAY. The receiver is automatically recognized by the panel – no need to use User Code for enrolment.

Button Operation – default setting
Button 1:
Press and quick release = Away; press and hold for 3 seconds = Stay
Button 2:
Disarm from Arm away/stay, or Panic
Button 3:
Relay 1 output momentary
Button 4:
Relay 2 output momentary
Press button 1&2 simultaneously for 3 seconds = Panic

  • Page 2 Different Button Operation – option ⚫ Relay 1 can be programmed to momentary, latching or delay operation. When learning a remote into the receiver, press button 2 to learn for latching or 3 for 10s delay operation. ⚫ Button 4 can be used to Arm in Stay mode. When learning a remote into the receiver, press button 4 to learn for that option.
