    Battery Replacement Replace Stinger® Hornet Batteries Step 1. Turn the Stinger® Hornet OFF Step 2. Slide the Stinger® Hornet cover to expose the Battery compartment. Step 3. Push down and then forward on each battery to remove. The springs will cause the batteries to “pop up” for removal. Pull each battery out and disconnect from the connector.
