Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know when the filters need to be replaced?
A: It is recommended to replace the filters every 6 months
under normal usage conditions. To set up a convenient email
or text message reminder when it is time to replace your
cartridges, please visit www.PfisterReminder.com.
Q: How do I change the filter cartridges?
A: The GE® filter cartridges are equipped with a "twist & lock" mechanism.
To remove, simply twist the cartridge clockwise and then pull the filter down.
To insert the new cartridge, twist counter clock-wise until the cartridge is locked.
Q: Can this faucet dispense warm and hot filtered water?
A: No. This filter system filters water from the cold water supply line only.
Q: Why is the faucet not dispensing filtered water all the time?
A: Limiting the filter mode to only drinking water use extends the filter life.
