PERATION ND ELAMPING
Plug into any 110-125 V standard wall outlet. Depress the switch in the handle
to turn the light on.
Unplug before relamping. Remove the two (2) screws in the back of the han-
dle and remove the handle by separating the two halves. The lamp can now slide
out of the tube. Remove the two wires from the old lamp by simply pulling on
the white nylon connector covers. Push these same wires on the brass pins of
the new lamp. Slide the new lamp into the tube, making sure that the top of the
lamp sits into the white nylon pocket near the hook end of the light. Assemble
the handle back onto the unit exactly as it was before disassembled. Replace and
tighten the screws.

Warning: During reassembly, position the wires in the handle away from
the connecting posts to avoid pinching them.

Unplug the unit before cleaning, and dry thoroughly before plugging the unit back
into an outlet. Using a soft, damp cloth (a mild soap may be used if
the outside of the handle, tube, cord and ballast plug enclosure, being careful not to
wet the electrical plug. NEVER immerse any part of the unit in water to clean. DO
NOT USE solvents such as gasoline or turpentine to clean unit.

ENERAL AFETY NFORMATION
Potentially fatal electric shock hazard! Do not handle an energized fixture or
energize any fixture with wet hands, when standing on a wet or damp surface, or
when standing in water. This fixture must be wired in accordance with all electri-
cal and safety codes and ordinances and the most recent National Electric Code
(NEC) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
All wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician. Make certain that
the power source conforms to the requirements of this fixture. The use of an
extension cord with the fixture should be of a gauge and type that meets or
exceeds code requirements. Disconnect power before installing or servicing. If the
power disconnect switch is out of sight, lock it in the open position and tag it to
prevent an unexpected application of power.
