3 Product design and operation 3.1 Device components The mower is a hinged machine without the operator's workplace, It is operated and maintained by the machine operator (tractor operator). The main components of the mower are cutting device 5 (Figure 1.1, figure 1.2), hinge 9 and connecting small beam 2.
rotors overlap mutually, thus a qualitative swath is ensured. 3.2.1 Drive The drive consists of the bearing housing 4 (Figure 3.1) in which the bearings are installed 2. The bearings are secured with locking rings 3. The shaft 1 rotates in the bearings on which the driving pulley 6 is fixed by the nut 7.

Warning! The following should be considered at replacement of knives: • knives should be changed in pairs; • knives should be installed taking into account the direction of rotation; • only original knives should be installed; • tightening torque of the knife fixing nut M = 95 N · m. Knives should be replaced according to figures 3.6, 3.7.
Figure 3.9 - Replacement of knife bolts and nuts ATTENTION: Regularly check the knife bolts and nuts. Always check these parts after encountering obstacles, after replacing the blade and after the first hours of operation of the mower. 3.2.4 Hydraulic circuit The hydraulic circuit of the mower is a single-line and consists of a hydraulic cylinder, and high pressure hoses designed to transfer the mower from the transport position to the working position and back.
4 Safety requirements 4.1 General requirements to prepare the mower for operation, during operation, maintenance, transportation In case of mower maintenance, follow the Unified Requirements for the Construction of Tractors and Agricultural Machinery for Occupational Safety and Health (ET-IV) and the General Safety Requirements in accordance with GOST 12.2.042-91.
Do not spill oil on the mower when lubricated. To prevent oil leakage from the hydraulic system of the mower, when detaching it from the hydraulic system of the tractor, use the locking device. 4.3 Nameplates (applications) with signs and inscriptions In hazardous areas of the mower there are nameplates (applications) with signs and inscriptions, which are designed to ensure the safety of the machine operator and persons in the area of operation.

transport position, - contact with moving and rotating elements when the tractor PTO is running, - driving the mower in the unit with the tractor in conditions of reduced visibility, at night, - operate in the absence of protective mesh fences on the windows of the tractor, - non-compliance with safety regulations, Contact with the working fluid, lubricants during repair work is not desirable.
4.6.3 Staff actions If you have any suspicions about the occurrence of the situations described in paragraph 4.6.2 or other actions not typical for the normal operation of the mower, it is necessary to stop the tractor and muffle the engine. Inspect the mower for faults. Before performing the inspection, cleaning and search of causes, as well as before the elimination of functional malfunctions, it is necessary to: - switch off the battery;...
5 Control mechanisms The control knobs of the tractor hydraulic distributor move the mower into the working position. To do this, place the hydraulic cylinder of the tractor hitch system in the lower position, and the hydraulic cylinder of the mower into the "floating" cylinder. The support of the mower must be lifted up and fixed with an axis on the lower hole.
6 Additional assembly, adjustment and trial run 6.1 Mounting and assembly of mowers Before starting operation of the mower, carry out its re-conservation by removing the lubricant from the outer conserved surfaces, wiping them with rags soaked in solvents in accordance with GOST 8505-80, GOST 3134-78, then dry or wipe dry with rags.
Turn the tractor back to the mower and lower the hitch to the lowest position 485 ± 25 mm. Figure 4.1 - Correct position of the tractor hitch Attach the central traction of the tractor to the upper axis of the three-point hitch and screw it with a quick-release pin.

For running-in of friction surfaces, it is necessary to run the mower for 1 hour at a low idle speed, gradually reducing to nominal ones. Running of tractor PTO at full speed shall be within 1 h. After running-in, make a stop, turn off the PTO of the tractor and check: •...
7 Operation and adjustments The mower is ready for operation after it is hung on the tractor, lubricated, adjusted and tested. Before the obstacle of the cutting device, it is necessary to raise the tractor hydromechanism. To move the tractor with a mower for significant distances, the cutting device must be installed in a vertical (transport) position.
8 Maintenance 8.1 General The technically sound condition and the constant readiness of the mower for operation are achieved by systematic maintenance which contributes to increased productivity and prolongs its service life. Compliance with the established terms of maintenance is mandatory. Maintenance of the machine should be carried out with its use and storage.
8.2.4 List of works to be performed upon removal from storage When removing from storage, the following is required: • assess the technical condition of the machine, eliminating the identified shortcomings; • unlock the machine; • perform works on preparing the machine for operation in accordance with Section 5 of this Operating Manual.

Change the oil after the first 50 hours of operation, and then every 100 hours of operation. If the machine has run less than 100 hours per season, then the oil must be replaced when removing the mower from storage. Oil replacement is required at operating temperature, which allows to maximize the cavity of the cutting device from the waste oil.
8 Transportation The mower can be transported by rail, water and road transport at its delivery to the places The mower can be transported by rail, water and road transport at its delivery to the places The mower can be transported by rail, water and road transport at its delivery to the places of operation.
9 Storage Storage of the mower is carried out in specially equipped machine yards, open areas, under canopies and in enclosed spaces. The storage location should be located at a distance of at least 50 m from residential, storage, production facilities and storage areas for flammable agricultural products, and at least 150 m from the storage of fuels and lubricants.
10 List of possible malfunctions and instructions for their elimination Possible malfunctions of mowers and methods for their elimination are given in Table 11.1. Table 11.1 Malfunction, external Probable cause Method of elimination manifestation When mowing, there is a Insufficient tension of V-belts Adjust the tension of the belts in tendency to not mowing, it is accordance with paragraph 3.2.1...
In case of difficulties in determining critical deformations, you should contact a specialized dealer center or the service department of JSC “Klever”. When any number of cracks appear on the frame, it is necessary to stop the work, to deliver the mower to a specialized workshop for inspection and repair by a specialist.
12 Decommissioning and disposal When the end of the mower or its components lifetime is expired and it is transferred for disposal, the disposal of components must be carried out properly. In this case, the instructions of the relevant local authorities should be observed. Dismantled defective parts of the mower and used working fluids must be disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
