Gingerway wireless alarm extension module is used to connect other companies' wired alarm sensor(
normally-open) to Z-Ginger network system. The battery standby time and reliability are observably
improved owe to the ultralow power consumption technology and two-way wireless communication
technology.
This product must be used with Gingerway SmartC series of gateways.

The alarm output of external sensor is required to be
dry contact, normally open type( normally disconnected,
only the alarm occurs is it connected ).
Installation method of wireless alarm extension module:
After connecting the alarm extension with external
sensor, stick the alarm extension module on the desired
location with double faced adhesive tape or fasten them
with screws.
When the alarm extension module is mounted far
from the gateway, its internal antenna can be took out
to enhance its wireless communication intensity.
detailed method as follows:
Remove the battery and take out the circuit board
carefully, draw the antenna out antenna outlet and
straighten it, then put the circuit board back on the
original position.
