Hi. I have your product. Just put in new batteries, lights came on flashing, then hit the button to enjoy an hour of therapy. But the lights quit flashing and are off, nothing's working. only used them three times for my dad. They've sat here without batteries in the lights so I cannot believe it would just wear out having been used three times. Any suggestions? I really need it as I'm fighting Central sensitivity, Lyme disease and exposure to black mold and I'm very ill. sadly my dad passed away on my birthday adding to my stress levels. If your HomeoLux BEACON40 Solo lights are not working after replacing the batteries, follow these steps:
