- Page 3 ENGLISH Before beginning operations, check that the motor-vibrator and the machine on which it is installed are in a perfect condition. Check that operation is regular and that there are no damaged or broken parts. Any damaged or broken parts must be repaired or replaced by competent and authorized personnel. Repairs made by persons not specifically authorized by the Manufacturer shall void the guarantee and might lead to operate unsafe and potentially dangerous equipment.
- Page 4 ENGLISH In case of overload the vibrator enter into protection mode and to restart it is necessary to remove the supply voltage, wait about 5 seconds and restart. Check that the current draw does not exceed the nameplate value. If this is not the case: Check that the flexible system and structural elements comply with the current use requirements.
- Page 5 ENGLISH Introduce the shaft with the second bearing into the motor group (n°25) and press until shaft is in its final position. Assemble the second seeger ring on the flange. Install the eccentric weights with keys adjusting in the marked position, mount seals and weight covers.

Avant de commencer le travail, vérifier que le motovibrateur et la machine sur lequel il est monté soient en parfait état. Les pièces endommagées ou cassées doivent être réparées ou remplacées par du personnel compétent et autorisé.
- Page 8 FRANÇAIS La température de fonctionnement maximale est de 100°C, au-delà de cette température, le vibrateur arrête et redémarre automatiquement lorsque la baisse de température en dessous de 95°C. En cas de surcharge, le vibrateur entrer en mode de protection, pour redémarrer, il est nécessaire d'enlever la tension d'alimentation, attendez environ 5 secondes, puis redémarrez.

- Page 11 DEUTSCH Bei der Verwendung elektrisch betriebener Vorrichtungen sind geeignete, die Sicherheit betreffende Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu beachten, um die Brandgefahr, die Gefahr elektrischer Schläge und der Personenverletzungen zu verringern. Bevor man den Unwuchtmotor benutzt, sind die folgenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen aufmerksam durchzulesen. Nach dem Lesen ist das Handbuch sorgfältig aufzubewahren.
- Page 12 DEUTSCH Wichtig!: Für die Wahl der elektrischen Vorrichtungen für Ein- und Ausschalten und den Überlastschutz sind die technischen Daten, die elektrischen Kennwerte, der Nennstrom und der Anlaufstrom zu beachten. Außerdem sind stets verzögerte Motorschutzschalter zu wählen, um zu vermeiden, dass die Auslösung während der Anlaufzeit erfolgt, die bei niedriger Raumtemperatur länger andauern kann. - Page 13 DEUTSCH WARTUNG DES UNWUCHTMOTORS Die Unwuchtmotoren brauchen keine besondere Wartung. Vor der Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Unwuchtmotoren ist abzuwarten, dass das Motorgehäuse auf eine Temperatur <40° abgekühlt ist und sicherstellen, dass die Stromversorgung abgeschaltet ist. Wenn Teile ersetzt werden müssen, nur Original-Ersatzteile VENANZETTI verwenden. 3.2.1 VV-DC 3/100-S08 MF und VV-DC 3/200-S08 MF (Seite 16) Um im Innern Teile ersetzen zu können, muss der Unwuchtmotor wie folgt demontiert werden: Die Stromzufuhr vom Unwuchtmotor trennen und ihn von der Maschine abnehmen.
- Page 14 DEUTSCH Zum Ersetzen der Bürsten (Nr. 11) sind sie aus ihrem Sitz herauszuziehen und das entsprechende Kabel loszuschrauben. Dann die neuen Bürsten einbauen und den elektrischen Anschluss wieder vornehmen, wobei sicherzustellen ist, dass die Feder tatsächlich unten gegen die Bürste drückt. Es ist unbedingt erforderlich, die neuen Bürsten an die Form des Kollektors anzupassen, indem man wiederholt ein Schmirgeltuch zwischen jeder Bürste und dem Kollektor durchzieht.
