B. Thermostat Stages The Wi-Fi web-programmable thermostat displays up to four stages of heat or cooling. If you have a heat pump, there could be as many as four stages of heat. The ﬁrst stage is the compressor operating and Stage 1 will appear on the thermostat screen.
