    Service Position for Replacement of Quartz Tube It is recommended by NeedleSmart Ltd. that the quartz tube be inspected for damage on a weekly basis and replaced if there are any visible signs of damage. As a minimum requirement, the quartz tube should be changed every 3 months. To remove the quartz tube, the device must first be switched into service mode.
