- Page 2 When assembled you will have moving parts. Use caution when operating, as moving parts can tangle in clothing or hair. Since Norland Research does not control the final product, the builder will assume the safety considerations and responsibility of the final product.
- Page 3 www.smallrobot.com Fig. 1 Step 3 Cut two strips, 3 inches long of the supplied 5/8 -inch Velcro (fuzzy) loops. Install the cut Velcro tape inside the S.A.M. body as shown in figure 2. This is installed one inch from the bottom and centered. Repeat on the other side. If you are unsure of which side is the loop, test it on the buttons installed in step 2.
- Page 4 www.smallrobot.com Fig. 3 Step 5 Take the heavy 1-inch Velcro and install one piece on the bottom of the head. Take the matching piece and install on the top of the neck as shown in figure 4. Now you can install the head.
- Page 5 www.smallrobot.com Fig. 5 Step 7 Install the stickers as shown on the cover. First clean the S.A.M. body with rubbing alcohol. Cut out each sticker from the sheet. Start with a small one. Measure and making small pencil marks can help center stickers. Peel off the cardboard back. Now carefully place the sticker.
