Repeated operation between medium speed and stop.
Uses the chopper blade and alternates between medium
speed and stop for a grittier texture. (Use for chopping onion,
fish, squid, prawn, etc.)
Low (soft start) (for MX-S401 only)
Starts slowly and then continues at low speed.
Starts slowly and then continues at low speed while whipping
with the whisk attachment to prevent ingredients from flying
out. (Use for whipping cream, making sauces, etc.)
Low (for MX-S301 only)
Continuous operation with low speed rotation.
(Use for chopping onion, fish by using chopper blade, etc.)
