Step 1 Locate the Packing Slip that describes the parts and quantities shipped. The parts for your Warming Pad should be carefully examined upon arrival for possible damage in shipment. If any damage is found, notify Shor-Line immediately at 800-444-1579.
The Warming Pad is connected to the controller by a 2’ armored cable. 2’ extension cables are available for those customers requiring additional space between Warming Pad and controller. The Warming Pad is designed to fit in a 24” x 24” and larger Shor-Line cage. The controller is designed with a stainless steel clip for mounting on a cage door.

In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

Step 4 Fig. 3.6 For best results, install controller on the top rod on the right side of the cage door. Placement here will allow the door to be opened and closed without binding cable. See Fig. 3.6. Step 5 Once controller has been mounted, plug power cord directly into an outlet.
