ARM Bed/Chair Exit Monitor Instructions

Low Battery &
Battery Replacement
When the Bed/Chair Exit Monitor has a low
battery, the status LED will flash red rapidly.
To replace the battery turn the monitor over
and remove the battery cover.
Pull the battery out and unplug the white
battery connector, at the end of the black &
red flying lead, from the PCB socket (fig 1).
Plug the new battery into the PCB socket,
ensuring the flat side of the white battery
connector is facing upwards. (fig 2)
Fold the black & red battery lead under the PCB (fig 3) and slot the
battery into the monitor. (fig 4)
Put the battery cover back on ensuring the battery cover tab is the same
side as the corner screw of the monitor. (fig 5)
