Page 4 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Charging the Built-in Battery Put down the foldable AC plug and plug into to the wall outlet to directly charge the device. The four blue illuminated lights indicate that it is fully charged. Be sure to remove the device after it is completely charged.
