The provided information does not specify whether the HMC Trainer 5008 is a stationary bike or a spin bike, nor does it mention the existence of two different models with differences. Therefore, this cannot be determined.

The seat has an aggressive micro adjustment. Is there a way to keep it from moving when riding. It came as one component, so not sure if there is a way to keep it intact (without movement). Or is there a seat that can be exchanged for this seat without this feature.

Spin bike i believe HMC5008. The tension part that goes against the fly wheel looks like plastic. Some web sites said it has a pad on it. Is there a serial number on it so I can get this up and running. It is about 4 years old according to previous owner.. Thanks
