Normal
Microwave oven interfering with TV
reception
Dim oven light
Steam is accumulating on the
door, with hot air coming out of the
microwave vents
Accidentally started oven with no
food in it.
Problem
Oven won't turn on
Oven does not
heat up.
Glass turntable
makes noises when
the microwave oven
is in use.
• Radio and TV reception may be interfered when
the microwave oven is being operated. It is similar
to the interference of small electrical appliances,
such as, mixers, vacuum cleaners, and electric
fans. It is normal.
• When using low microwave power to cook, oven
light may become dim. It is normal.
• During cooking, steam may come out of food.
Most of the steam will come out from the vents.
But some may accumulate on cool places, such
as, the oven door. It is normal.
• It is forbidden to run the unit without any food
inside. It is very dangerous.
Possible Reason
• Power cord is not
properly plugged in.
• Blown fuse or tripped
circuit breaker.
• Problem with the
electrical outlet.
• Door is not properly
closed.
• Dirty roller rest and
oven bottom.
Solution
• Unplug. Then plug in again after
10 seconds.
• Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker. (Repair should be done by
professional personnel of our company.)
• Test outlet with other electrical
appliances.
• Properly close the door.
• Refer to "Cleaning and Maintenance"
to clean dirty microwave parts.
