    IP Protocol Setup Configuring the network protocols If your PC obtains IP automatically, the Express Setup Wizard can’t get the PC’s IP to setup its network configuration, IP etc…. To solve the problem, you need to connect your PC with a router with a DHCP Server or specify your IP in you IP address on Windows Network dialog box.
