    Limited Warranty Terms & Remedy Thermaco, Inc. warrants, to the original user, that those products supplied by it and used in the service and in the manner for which they are intended shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after installation, but not longer than 15 months from date of shipment from the factory.
