operation, and maintenance of your equipment. We suggest that this

f u l l serial number of the equipment as shown on the nameplate. This
information is necessary to identify the equipment among the many
basic and special optional types manufactured.

its m a n u f a c t u r e is free f r o m defects in i n a t e r i a l a n d f a c t o r y w o r k m a n s h i p
i f p r o p e r l y i n s t a l l e d , serviced a n d operated under n o r m a l c o n d i t i o n s
according t o the M a n u f a c t u r e r ' s i n s t r u c t i o n s .
M a n u f a c t u r e r ' s o b l i g a t i o n under this w a r r a n t y is l i m i t e d t o c o r r e c t i n g
w i t h o u t charge at i t s factory a n y p a r t or parts thereof w h i c h shall be
r e t u r n e d to i t s fac tor v or one o f i t s A u t h o r i z e d Service S t a t i o n s , t r a n s -
p o r t a t i o n charges prepaid, w i t h i n one year after being p u t i n t o service
bv the o r i g i n a l user, a n d whic h upon e x a m i n a t i o n shall disclose to the
M a n u f a c t u r e r s satisfaction to have been o r i g i n a l l y d e f e c t i v e . C o r r e c t i o n
o f such defects b v repair t o . or s u p p l y i n g o f replacements f o r defective
p a r t s , shall c o n s t i t u t e f u l f i l l m e n t o f all o b l i g a t i o n s t o o r i g i n a l user.
T h i s w a r r a n t y shall n o t a p p l y t o a n y o f the M a n u f a c t u r e r ' s p r o d u c t s
w h i c h must be replaced because o f n o r m a l wear, w h i c h have been s u b j e c t
to misuse, negligence or accident or w h i c l i shall have been repaired or
altered outside o f the M a n u f a c t u r e r s f a c t o r y unless a u t h o r i z e d b y the
M a n u f a c t u r e r .
M a n u f a c t u r e r shall not be liable for loss, damage or expense d i r e c t l y or
i n d i r e c t l y f r o m the use o f i t s p r o d u c t or f r o m a n y o t h e r cause.
