Legrests The length of the leg rests can be adjusted. To adjust the length of the leg rest, first loosen the allen bolt on the legrest using the allen key provided. Then slide the footplate in and out until the desired position is reached.

Rear Wheel Position The horizontal and vertical position of the rear wheels can be altered to suit the user. To do this remove the rear axle bosses and replace in the desired position for both wheels. Alter the position of both brakes if required.
5 . F O L D I N G B A C K M E C H A N I S M The wheelchair has a half fold back mechanism which has been designed so that the wheelchair will fit in to small spaces by reducing the wheelchair height.

7 . O P E R A T I O N Before Using the Wheelchair read the safety notices below: • Use slow speeds on gradients. Do not exceed the maximum gradient stated. • The wheelchair is only suitable for single occupancy.

i. Propulsion • Either the wheelchair user or an attendant can manually propel the wheelchair. • If the user is propelling the wheelchair, they should use the handrims attached to the rear wheels. The user can slow the wheelchair by applying pressure to the handrim using their hands.
