To adjust the motor torque control for the TELECO AUTOMATION TVPRP868N09:
1. Ensure the control unit has been powered on for no more than 30 seconds. 2. Press and hold the internal P3 button on a memorized transmitter for 5 seconds until the buzzer emits one beep. 3. Release the button, then press it again four times within 5 seconds. 4. The buzzer will emit: - One beep if the function is deactivated. - Two beeps if the function is activated.
This procedure enables or disables motor torque control, which monitors the motor's current level and stops or reverses movement if excessive effort is detected.

Hi, my roller door will open perfectly with the control buttons but will not close from any position. The unit beeps 5 times. We have changed the batteries in the safety sensor on the bottom of the door also. Can anyone advise?

If the TELECO AUTOMATION TVPRP868N09 roller door beeps 5 times and will not close, it indicates that the bottom slat transmitter (TCSP) has low batteries. The batteries should be replaced as soon as possible using only compatible Lithium 3.6V batteries, ensuring the correct polarity.
