- Page 3 Using & Adjusting Your Dany Height Adjustable Arms Adjustable Headrest Tension Knob Turn knob clockwise to increase To raise or lower arm height, lift Tilt headrest to desired angle. To tension, turn knob counter- trigger and slide up/down. Release adjust height, pull headrest using clockwise to decrease tension.
