ASSEMBLY CONTENTS Assembly Kit: 58mm Bolt Wooden Dowel (Assembly bolt for (Pre-assembled) fixed panel) 25mm Bolt Drop Side Guide (Assembly bolt for and Bolt bottom feet) Drop Side Locating 35mm Bolt Filling Bolt & Nut Allen Key (Pre-assembled) - Page 6 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS It is advisable that two people assemble the cot in the room in which it is to be used. As small parts are involved in assembly, children should be kept clear of the assembly area. Dispose of all packaging material immediately after the cot is assembled. Identify all parts and components.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To attach Lower Support Rail... Remove one upper mattress base bolt. Locate the dowel into the end panel and secure rail with a 35mm bolt. Do not secure the other end of the lower support rail yet. To fit the Drop Side Panel...
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To fit the Drop Side Panel continued... Slide the drop side up to allow the locating pin to match up with the small track on the drop side. Move end panel outwards and release when it locates in the track.

To Lower Drop Side Panel Lift the drop side panel in the centre and push lower rail inwards with your leg, allowing it to lower into place. To Raise Drop Side Panel Lift the drop side panel in the centre and raise up until it locks in to place.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To lower Mattress Base Height... Remove the two filling bolts and nuts from each of the end panels. Lay down the cot on the fixed side panel. Remove the four mattress base bolts from the end panels. Carefully slide the base to match the lower holes and replace mattress base bolts.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To convert to Cot/Bed Mode continued... Unscrew plastic guides and remove locating pins from both end panels. Remove one upper mattress base bolt. Remove lower support panel bolt from the same end. Remove filler bolts and nuts from the edge of the end panels.
