Installation Instruction
For Table Lamp

WARNING
* Risk of shock, do not plug in the unit before assembly.
* Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.(Max.100W)
* Before turning on, please follow the instruction manual step by step.
INSTALLATION
1. Place lamp body on a flat surface.
2. Put shade (B) over the lamp holder （ A） .Use plastic ring (C) to secure the shade (B) to
lamp holder (A).
3. Adjust the shade until it is leveled horizontally.
4. Install a light bulb into the lamp holder.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This plug will fit a grounding outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into
the grounding outlet, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not change or alter the plug.
