Dust Collector – BM-DD5 Assembly Push the suction inlet mouth out of the hole in the drum from inner side, a gasket seal should be positioned inside between the drum wall and the suction inlet. Secure the suction inlet with 4 groups of M5x14 screws, nuts and washers as shown.

Dust Collector – BM-DD5 Place the motor housing with filter cartridge/bag on to the collection canister and lock in place with the locking strap. Plug the hose coupling onto the suction inlet. Secure it in place with the supplied hose clamp.
Dust Collector – BM-DD5 Operation Before Starting 1. Make sure both the dust collector and dust producing machine are turned OFF. 2. Place the dust collector near the dust producing machine on a flat/level surface. 3. There are four hose adapters supplied. Select the hose adapter that best fits the dust producing machine outlet and attach it to the hose coupler.
