- Page 5 Screw in the 4 black round leg posts until you cannot go any further, then flip the bed over. Next install the 2 standard or deluxe padded guardrails by sliding them in. Next tighten both of the round black knobs on both sides of the guardrail, as shown in the diagram above.
- Page 6 Lift the mattress onto the bed frame. Take the mattress cover and slide it over the mattress. At the top of the bed frame is where the mattress cover will zip to the bed frame. The zipper starting point is at the top of the bed frame, make sure to line up both of the zipper components (just like zipping up a winter coat) and start zipping the mattress cover up all around the mattress frame (remember the mattress has to be inside of the mattress cover).
