You can use your Lightwriter while it is charging. You will need to leave your Lightwriter on charge for about 12 hours before the baBery is fully charged.

Start talking! When you turn on your Lightwriter you will see the Talk Screen. Your Lightwriter keyboard can be used much the same way as a regular keyboard for typing out words and phrases. Anything you type will appear on your screen in front of you. - Page 6 Set up your Lightwriter With a few simple seVngs, your Lightwriter can be configured with your personal preferences. Use The Menus To access the everyday seVngs in the User Menu, press Menu Tip - Find Advanced Menu op3ons by pressing ShiX-Menu.
