SSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Components:
- Tent
- 6 heavy tent pegs
- Peg puller
- Aluminium poles + lifting jack; the central pole
- 3 tape measures of 6.5 m each
- 6 side panels (optional)
1) Decide where you want to pitch the tent. Put a peg at the centre. (fig. 1).
2) Take one of the tape measures, attach one end to the centre peg and pull it
towards you until it is completely unrolled (fig. 2). This is where you drive the
first tent peg into the ground (fig. 2).
3) Use the remaining two tape measures to determine where to put the second
tent peg. First, attach one end of the second tape measure to the first tent
peg, then fix the other to the centre peg and ultimately, unroll both tape
measures. Drive a tent peg into the ground where both tape measures meet.
(fig. 3). Repeat for the remaining 4 pegs (fig. 4). Make sure to drive the pegs
deep into the ground at an angle of 30°.
4) Attach the 6 'legs' of the tent to the pegs (fig. 5).
5) Assemble de central pole out of the pole sections you can find in the package.
Ensure that the pole section with the lifting jack is near the bottom of the
central pole. (fig. 6).
6) Put the central pole under the canvas and erect it until it is standing upright in
the centre of the tent. (fig. 7, 8, 9). Place a piece of wood under the central
pole if the tent is pitched on soft soil.
7) Lift the central pole until the tent is stretched taut. Be careful not to rip the
canvas while doing so.
