Using for the first time

Heat up the frying plate properly. Spread a thin layer of unsalted frying fat on the frying plate. Do this
several times. The frying plate must be hot when this is done.
When the frying plate has been used it should be cleaned as follows:
1. Pour some water on the frying plate and allow it to boil.
2. Drain off the water and clean with a scraper and paper towels.
3. Let the frying plate dry and then grease with a little unsalted cooking fat or cooking oil.
If the frying plate has become rusty it can be cleaned with a grill brush or some steel wool. Proceed as
follows:
1. Heat up the frying plate properly.
2. Spread a thin layer of unsalted frying fat on the frying plate. Do this several times.
The frying plate must be hot when this is done.
