    Jet Mixer and Dispenser Manual Dispensing Information 1.1. Daily Dispenser Start Up • Clean nozzle with a paper clip or a drill-bit in order to remove dried pigment. Dispense a few 1/128fl.oz. shots into a waste cup to replenish the nozzle. Keep the nozzle area clean.

    • The pigment dispenser must be prepared before calibration. If canisters have not been maintained per the Sto Tint Dispenser Manual, Follow cleaning and maintenance instructions before proceeding. Check the pigment amount in the canister. Top off the canister when necessary.

    Troubleshooting Guide Note: The leading cause of problems with the Jet mixer is air related. The first thing to always check for is adequate air pressure. Please make sure all three air gauges are readable! Water in the air lines will damage the air solenoid valves and cylinders on the mixer.
