1. How to Control B.One 10 Amp Smart Socket?
Go to Devices on the B.One App Home page. By tapping on the device, you can
view the device status, power and energy values. Tap on Settings icon at the
top-right corner to see the recent activities, firmware version of the device,
Online/Offline status, edit name, change room, update firmware and change
access point.
2. How do I connect my B.One 10 Amp Smart Socket to a
different Wi-Fi router?
Open B.One App; Go to Devices and tap on the device. Tap on Settings icon at
the top-right corner and select Change Access Point. Follow on screen
instructions to switch to a different Wi-Fi network.
3. How to update B.One 10 Amp Smart Socket firmware?
Open B.One App; go to Devices and tap on the device. Tap on the Settings icon at
the top-right corner, select Update Firmware and follow on screen instructions.
4. How to delete B.One 10 Amp Smart Socket?
In the B.One App:Tap on Devices. Tap on Edit at the top-right corner and tap on
'-' icon from the list of devices. You will be prompted to delete the device, select
Delete Device. A pop-up appears on the screen stating that the device has been
successfully deleted.
5. How to view Power and Energy Graphs in B.One 10 Amp
Smart Socket?
Open B.One App, Tap on Devices. Select your socket under devices, once you
select your socket it displays a screen which allows you to control ON/OFF
socket, to the left hand top corner you will see Graph icon, tap on the Graph icon
to view Power and Energy Graphs.
6. How to check Device Details of B.One 10 Amp Smart Socket?
Open B.One App, Tap on Devices. Select your socket under devices, to the top
right corner tap settings icon and select Device Details.
7. How to enable Notifications for 10 Amp B.One Smart Socket?
Open B.One App, Tap on Devices. Select your socket under devices, to the top
right corner tap settings icon and select Notifications, it will allow you to enable
and disable Notifications.
