Introduction The high voltage insulation resistance tester is a handheld instrument designed primarily to make AC/DC voltage, resistance, and Continuity test / insulation resistance measurement. 2. Safety Information This Insulation resistance tester complies with the standards IEC61010 safety measurement requirement: In pollution degree 2, overvoltage category (CAT IV 600V) and double insulation.

Measurement Operation Preparation  Battery voltage checking  Scope of the range switch to any location outside OFF  When LCD indicates the battery sign, the accuracy could not be guaranteed if the battery voltage is below the minimum operating voltage.
